Primarily an interiors project, this project entailed remodeling an existing ground floor office space.  The space is approximately 3,000 square feet, but only has 18 feet of street frontage.  The space faces a city park, Bienville Square.  The view of the park from the lobby and most interior spaces was maximized while also finding space for an ATM machine and night deposit box.
